Eurogel Returns Policy

Orders placed for items which are made to your specifications or non-stocked items specifically ordered at your request (“Special Order items”) may not be cancelled without prior agreement.

Any cancellation requests should be referred to either:

Before any orders / items are returned, you must contact us either by:

Returns must be requested within five working days of the receipt of an item unless the item to be returned is for a warranty claim.

Upon agreement, items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery/collectionprovided that the following conditions apply:

(a). Proof of purchase can be supplied.

(b). The items are unused and fit for immediate re-sale.

(c). The original packaging is sealed and in good condition.​

Non-faulty items returned under the above conditions are subject to the following

(a). A re-stocking fee of 15% will apply to apply to items held in stock.

Items which must be returned to their respective manufacturer may incur an additional charge.

(b). The items must be returned at your cost with adequate packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Upon receipt of the items, Eurogel will examine and process any refund owed to you within 30 days. The price of the items will be refunded less any applicable delivery/collection or re-stocking charges that Eurogel may incur.​

We cannot offer refunds or accept returns on the following (unless faulty):

(a). Special Order / Made to measure items.

(b). Items that have been fitted.​

Warranty on faulty parts is dependent on the original manufacturers policy.

(a). To allow us to process a warranty claim, the following information must be supplied:

Proof of purchase.
-
The date that the part was fitted and when it failed.
-
A detailed engineers report explaining the fault.
-

(b). No credit will be provided until a faulty part has been tested by the supplier.

(c). Eurogel reserve the right to repair or replace faulty items at their discretion

(d). Eurogel does not accept liability for any consequential losses.
